Biography

Stacey K. Guenther is a scholar-practitioner with more than 25 years of experience working with groups, teams, and organizations as a leadership and executive coach and as a leadership, group, and organization development consultant. She has worked with clients in the Federal government, in local government, and in the tech, government contracting, education, non-profit, and consumer-brand sectors.

Guenther is a core faculty member of the Organization Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) graduate program and teaches classes on coaching and leadership. Additionally, she spearheads outreach efforts for the program.

In addition to being an alumna of ODKM (Cohort 7), Guenther holds a PhD in leadership and change. She is credentialed through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)/Level 2 Coach.
